What is your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?
For all kinds of hats(including Baseball, Snapback, Trucker, Dad hat, Bucket, Running hat and Visor): 25 Pcs
For beanies: 25 Pcs
For socks: 100 pair
For casual clothing(including T-shirt, Hoodies, Pants, Shorts): 50 Pcs
For functional clothing(including Jacket):100 Pcs
Can I get a free Sample?
Yes, we provide free samples with orders above 200 Pcs for all kinds of hats.
Can the sample fee be deducted in bulk order?
Sure, the sample fee can be deducted when the bulk order is over 200 pieces/design/color.
Do you offer a sample order?
For the sample, there are three options as below:
1) If you place a sample order, you need to pay the sample costs and the shipping costs.
2) If you place a bulk order directly, we will make a free pre-production sample by taking photos for your check quality. Once you confirm, then we will move to bulk production, which could help you save the sample costs and working time.
3)You can place a bulk order directly, we will make a free sample and ship it for your quality checking before moving to bulk hat production, you only need to pay 50 USD shipping costs.
Can you send me the catalog for reference?
We make custom products with no stock. The catalog does not include all the products we made. However, we would like to show some hats we made for your style checking. You can choose a hat style with your custom design!
Can you send me the photo of the hat/clothing to me before shipping?
Of course, we can send you photos, and we can also provide photography services. You can check the files below.
What if I want to make some changes after I see the sample?
Yes, for essential changes.
In the first step, the correct mock-up is made for your review and approval before actual sampling.
In the actual production, we will pay attention to detail. Before shipment, we will send you clear pictures/video for your review.
After receiving the samples, once there are some changes, we will discuss further how to changes.
If there are extra costs, we will let you know in advance. In a word, we will recommend the best and most reasonable way we can do it for you.
Could you pls send the the production process of my hats/clothing?
Yes, we’re willing to show you, but since we’re not always at the factory, perhaps you could take photos of your main processes, such as embroidery and packing?
Additionally, we can schedule a video call to show you the full production, allowing you to gain a better understanding of the project.
Why did you charge me the mould fee?
For labels, patches, and printing, we always need a designer, and then we will need to make a model, which will incur the cost. Other factories also have the model fee, not listed and not shown to you, but it exists. We can also show you a video of how it works.
Can I do mix colors for 25 Pcs?
Sorry, my friend, normally our MOQ is 25 pieces per color, but if you need, we can also mix colors. Just the price would be based on our sample policy. $35-$50/pcs.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via UPS, DHL, and FedEx upon request. If you have an established relationship with a forwarder or have your own Express account, you can opt to ship Collect. Both air and sea shipping are available for international orders.
How soon should I expect to receive my hats/clothing?
DHL, normally 3-5 days.
UPS/FED, around 6-10 days.
By sea, 20-30 days after sailing.
By air, 5-7 days after taking off.
Can you do a drop shipping service?
Yes, we can do drop shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept several payment methods, including Western Union money transfers, PayPal, and Telegraphic Transfer (TT or T/T).
What are your payment term?
Generally, we require full payment. For bulk orders, we require a 50% deposit before the start of production. The remaining 50% is due before your items are shipped.
How to pay by bank?
First, you can give the PI/invoice to your local bank, and the bank staff can help you pay it.
